• Payment data: billing information processed via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

• Provide, operate, and maintain the VegaUltimate platform
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• Process transactions and send related invoices and confirmations
• Improve our product through usage analytics and feedback
• Send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We implement access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your information.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your credentials confidential.

VegaUltimate integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — Financial data sync for invoices and expenses
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions and client invoices
• Calendly — Demo scheduling and appointment booking

These services may receive limited data necessary to perform their functions. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Project records are retained for 7 years by default to support legal and financial compliance requirements common in the construction industry.

If you close your account, your data will be retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• Export your project data at any time via the Data Export feature
